Refund policy

At Moment Labs NY, we do not accept returns. However, we do accept refund requests in certain cases where the product is damaged or incorrect.

When Refunds Are Allowed

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if:

1. The package was damaged in transit.
2. The contents were punctured or opened upon delivery.
3. You received the wrong item.

How to Request a Refund

1. Please fill out our Online Form.
2. If additional information or proof is required, we will reach out via email.
3. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
