THE SCIENCE

Why~600-1000 daltons. Why marine collagen. Why jelly.

Every ingredient in Glow & Go was chosen for a specific reason. Here is the full picture.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body. And you are making less of it every year.

Collagen is the structural protein that gives skin its firmness, elasticity, and resilience. It holds connective tissue together, and the amino acids it supplies are the same ones your body draws on for hair and nails. From roughly your mid-twenties onward, your skin holds less of it with every passing year.

Measured across the adult lifespan, skin collagen declines by roughly 1% a year. The effects compound. Skin thins, lines settle in, elasticity fades. These changes are measurable, not just visible.

Supplementing with collagen is not about reversing aging. It is about supplying the raw materials your body uses to support its own collagen production and maintenance. The ingredient is well understood. The challenge has always been delivery.

Skin collagen declines by approximately 1% per year across adult life. Shuster, Black & McVitie, "The influence of age and sex on skin thickness, skin collagen and density," Br. J. Dermatol. 1975;93(6):639-643. Reviewed in Park, Biogerontology 2022;23(3):275-288.

THE NUMBER THAT MATTERS

Not All Collagen Gets Absorbed The Same Way.

Collagen in its whole form is too large for the body to absorb. Oral collagen has to be broken down, or hydrolyzed, into smaller peptide chains that can pass through the gut wall and enter circulation. Peptide size is measured in Daltons (Da).Smaller peptides are absorbed more readily, which is the biological concept Glow & Go was formulated around.

Collagen supplements are commonly hydrolyzed to between 2,000 and 5,000 Daltons. Glow & Go is hydrolyzed further, to roughly 600 to 1,000 Daltons, a size that skips the extra digestion larger collagen requires.

Taken orally, collagen peptides are absorbed through the small intestine and appear in the bloodstream within one to two hours, including intact hydroxyproline-containing peptides that resist digestion and cross via dedicated peptide transporters. Every stick of Glow & Go delivers 2,000 mg of Type I marine collagen already hydrolyzed to that size, so the peptides arrive ready to be absorbed.

The format is the feature

Collagen only works when you take it. Every day. Without skipping.

This is the part the industry has been ignoring.

Supplements are not hard to formulate. Supplements are hard to stay consistent with. Powders need water, a bottle, and cleanup. Pills and gummies take several servings to reach a daily collagen dose, and they are easy to forget.

For many, collagen was never the problem. The routine was. The research on supplement adherence is consistent across wellness categories: convenience and enjoyment are the primary predictors of whether someone maintains a routine. Format friction is the leading cause of abandonment.

Glow & Go makes daily collagen effortless, so staying consistent is easy. One individually wrapped stick. Tear, eat, go. Everything you need is in the stick. No water, no prep, no cleanup, no reason to skip. Nothing needs refrigeration, so a stick travels in a handbag, a desk drawer, or a carry-on. Real fruit flavors make the stick something to look forward to instead of something to get through.

A format you enjoy becomes a ritual you keep.

Four Actives. Each One Chosen For A Reason.

Most collagen products contain one ingredient: collagen. Glow & Go contains four, each selected to address a distinct aspect of skin, hair, and nail health. Together they cover what collagen alone cannot.

Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen
01 · Build

Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen

2,000 mg · Type I, hydrolyzed

Type I collagen is the most abundant collagen in human skin and the type most directly associated with skin elasticity, firmness, and hydration. Marine collagen is derived from fish and has a naturally high proportion of Type I collagen, making it one of the most studied sources for skin-focused supplementation.

Glow & Go uses marine collagen hydrolyzed to ~600-1000 daltons, a lower molecular weight than most commercial collagen supplements. Smaller peptide chains require less digestive processing and are associated with higher absorption efficiency.

In addition to skin support, Type I collagen peptides are a source of the amino acids that contribute to hair and nail strength.

Vitamin C
02 · Enable

Vitamin C

The essential cofactor

Vitamin C is a required cofactor in the enzymatic reactions that allow the body to synthesize collagen. It plays a direct role in stabilizing the collagen structure that supports skin firmness and elasticity.

A significant number of collagen supplements on the market do not include vitamin C. We included it because the science does not support separating them. Supplying collagen peptides without the cofactor the body needs to process them is an incomplete approach.

Vitamin C also acts as an antioxidant, helping to neutralize free radicals that contribute to oxidative stress.

Sodium Hyaluronate
03 · Hydrate

Sodium Hyaluronate

Holds up to 1,000× its weight in water

Sodium hyaluronate is the salt form of hyaluronic acid, one of the skin's primary hydrating molecules. It can bind and retain significant amounts of water relative to its own weight, helping to maintain moisture in the skin.

Collagen provides structure. Sodium hyaluronate supports hydration. The two work through distinct pathways, which is why including both in a single daily supplement addresses more of the picture than collagen alone.

Japanese Lychee Seed Extract
04 · Protect

Japanese Lychee Seed Extract

A patented polyphenol antioxidant

Japanese lychee seed extract is a natural source of oligomeric proanthocyanidins, a class of polyphenols known for their antioxidant activity. The specific extract used in Glow & Go is Oligonol, a patented, low-molecular-weight form processed for enhanced bioavailability.
Antioxidants help neutralize free radicals, the unstable molecules generated by sun exposure, pollution, and normal metabolic processes that can contribute to skin aging over time.

Clinically dosed,
Not Just Clinically Inspired.

Glow & Go delivers 2 grams of collagen peptides per stick. That amount falls within the range tested in randomized, placebo-controlled studies on oral collagen, where daily doses of 1 to 2.5 grams significantly improved skin hydration, skin elasticity, and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

At 2 grams per stick, Glow & Go sits toward the upper end of that studied range, so your daily dose reflects the amounts used in the research.

How quickly results appear varies from person to person. Some customers report a visible improvement in their skin within 1 to 3 weeks, based on their own reviews rather than clinical measurement. In the oral collagen studies, skin hydration improved at roughly 4 to 6 weeks, with skin elasticity and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles following at roughly 8 to 12 weeks, each with consistent daily use.

Glossary

Collagen

The most abundant protein in the human body. Provides structural support to skin, bones, tendons, and connective tissue. Skin collagen naturally decreases with age.

Hydrolyzed Collagen

Collagen that has been broken down into smaller peptide chains through a process called hydrolysis. The smaller the peptide chain, the more readily the body can absorb it.

Dalton (Da)

A unit of measurement for molecular weight. In the context of collagen peptides, a lower Da value means a smaller peptide chain, which is associated with easier absorption through the gut wall.

Marine Collagen

Collagen derived from fish. Naturally high in Type I collagen, the form most relevant to skin, hair, and nail support. A commonly studied source in collagen supplementation research.

Sodium Hyaluronate

The salt form of hyaluronic acid. A molecule found naturally in the skin that can retain significant amounts of water, supporting skin hydration and smoothness.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

A water-soluble vitamin and antioxidant. A required cofactor in the body's collagen synthesis pathway. Without adequate vitamin C, the body cannot effectively produce or stabilize collagen.

Lychee Seed Extract (Oligonol)

A patented, low-molecular-weight polyphenol extract derived from Japanese lychee fruit. Known for its antioxidant activity, helping to defend against oxidative stress.

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

A system of regulations enforced by the FDA that establishes minimum quality standards for the manufacture, testing, and documentation of dietary supplements.

Third-Party Tested

Tested by an independent laboratory that has no financial relationship with the brand. Third-party testing is the standard for verifying that a supplement contains what it claims and is free from contaminants.
